No claim in respect of the goods will be recognized by the seller unless made in writing within 7 days after date of invoice.
Only returns authorized by the seller will be accepted for credit. Goods returned must be accompanied by ALL of the following: Invoice number, reason for return, Freight must be pre-paid. A handling charge may apply as follows: up to 15 days 10% 16 plus days no credit allowed.
Special or custom made goods are non-returnable and must be paid for in full at time of ordering.
All warranties are manufacturer’s warranties only.
